The Seven Martyrs
The group is enumerated in the synaxarion as seven: Caesarius, Adrian, Dacius, Savva (also given as Sabbas), Sabinian, Agrippa, and Thomas. They are kept as a single commemoration rather than as separate entries, reflecting how the tradition preserved them together as a named group.
The Holy Trinity Orthodox Church synaxarion specifies that Caesarius and Dacius were beheaded. The other five are named as those who 'suffered with them,' though the specific manner of their deaths is not recorded. The OCA commemorates the whole group on November 1 with dedicated troparia and kontakia.
