A hieromonk of Messinia who came after 1955 to the Monastery of the Dormition at Agathonos on Mount Oiti, where he spent his life in ascetic labour and in care for the poor of the district. When his grave was opened in 2006 his body was found whole and incorrupt, and it rests in the monastery still.
